This was my first failure, when in 2015 I had this project for improving the thermal efficiency in data centers with a robot.
the mistakes that I did, that are very common, were:
1) writing down a very detailed business plan with no real feeling of the market and especially for raising money
2) starting to develop the technology in every detail and not to think firstly at he market
3) searching over the Internet for getting evidences and datas instead of meeting real people
