How to automatically redact Personally Identifiable Info from documents using AI | CaseGuard Studio
AI Document Analysis:
Today we’ll be covering AI Document Analysis in CaseGuard Studio.
Select the AI document analysis icon in the tools panel.
Select what language your file is in from the dropdown, CaseGuard has over 50 languages to choose from.
Select what PII you would like to detect within the document.
The software will automatically go to work generating a list of PII.
Choose from the list of PII if you want to redact all, just a few, or all instances of PII within the document.
Use the go-to position function to bring you to an instance of a detected piece of information for further review.
Use the search function to search for specific PII.
Or use the dropdown to search PII by pre-sorted categories.
Export and enjoy your fully redacted file using AI Automatic Analysis.
