Light, soaked Coconut PIE from the oven.
Coconut Delight. This is an amazingly delicious moist coconut pie. It is very easy to prepare it.
Necessary:
1 egg
1 cup of sugar
1 glass of kefir
1.5 cups flour
10 g baking powder
100 g coconut flakes
1 g vanillin or vanilla sugar
1/2 cup milk + 1 tablespoon Sahara
margarine or butter for greasing the mold
1️⃣Dough: (for a 20-22 cm mold), ✔️if the mold is larger, increase the proportions of products.
1 selection egg, or 2 small ones.
1/2 cup sugar
1 glass of kefir
1.5 tbsp. flour
10 g baking powder
25 g (or 1/4 part) coconut flakes.
2️⃣Dusting for the cake:
Mix 1/2 cup sugar, vanillin and 75g coconut.
✔️ Glass 200ml.
