Personas are the VOICE of the user. It's a UX technique we use to truly understand who we're designing for and to build empathy with them. Personas represent the goals and behaviors of our potential users and help guide our decisions.
When we create Personas, we design profiles for each one, containing all their information. We share these documents with the entire development team and the client, keeping the user in mind throughout the design process.
