Somnambulism, commonly known as sleepwalking, is a disorder that involves people getting out of their bed during a period of deep sleep. People who are sleepwalking don’t actually know they are having an episode and they don’t usually respond if you ask them something.
However, research shows that people do various things while sleepwalking. Some of those things include preparing food, eating, doing chores, urinating in different places in their home, trying to leave the house for work, and even making love to their partner.
Interestingly enough, when the morning comes, people rarely remember that they left their bed, let alone doing various activities. Some people sleepwalk so well, that their family members and partners never even notice.
