APC40 Step Sequencer in Ableton Live 9.6 (Python Script)
How I use a python script written by Hanz Petrov to take control of my APC40, and turn it into a step sequencer in Ableton Live 9.6. The remote script is very powerful, and I rarely even user the step sequencer functionality, but it's nice to know it's there when I want it. I do however use the script to expand the number of available scenes in the APC40. This makes it more powerful for live performance, because I have more options for midi mappings.
