(English, Low Volume) 1.13 Release Mods Using Rift 1.0.3.45 Vanilla Launcher Tutorial
Want mods for 1.13 release instead of the snapshots? This is an installation tutorial of Rift (the mod loader/API/Library like Forge but not replacing Forge, its just a stand in until 1.13 Forge comes out) for the Vanilla Launcher allowing for that to happen.
