Before you go on the adventure for finding the location of every mastery insight in Seitung , you need to unlock the End of Dragon story first. To be more effective, You must complete all Basic Mount and either Griffon or Skyscale. If you already have all that, you can start your adventure.
Here is every mastery insight in Seitung Province
✅ 𝗗𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗿𝘆 𝗖𝗮𝘃𝗲𝘀 𝗠𝗮𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗿𝘆 𝗜𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁
From the Monastery Waypoint, head south to the Aetherblade Flagship Wreckage. A skinny bridge on top of the airship leads to a cliff to the southeast. Take this bridge to the cliff, and you'll find the entrance to the Dreary Cave, where you'll find the Mastery Insight.
✅ 𝗖𝗿𝘆𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗹 𝗖𝗮𝘃𝗲 𝗠𝗮𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗿𝘆 𝗜𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁
Take your Skimmer or Skiff out onto the water from the Village Waypoint, heading towards Crystal Cave. Use your springer or skyscale to reach the Mastery Insight at the top of the rock pillar on the edge of the water.
✅ 𝗠𝗼𝗻𝗮𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗿𝘆 𝗧𝗲𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗲 𝗠𝗮𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗿𝘆 𝗜𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁
From the Monastery Waypoint, head north and scale the main building by jumping from rooftop to rooftop. To reach each rooftop successfully, you should have the High Vault Mastery unlocked, which allows you to jump even higher. You can also arrive here by using a flying mount.
✅ 𝗖𝗮𝗺𝗽 𝗣𝗲𝗮𝗸𝘀 𝗠𝗮𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗿𝘆 𝗜𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁
Go to the Jaya Bluffs in the map's northwest corner. Use your Springer mount to climb the southern cliff from the Tengu Alpine Village point of interest.
✅ 𝗦𝗵𝗼𝗿𝗲 𝗣𝗲𝗮𝗸𝘀 𝗠𝗮𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗿𝘆 𝗜𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁
From the Daigo Ward Waypoint, head west. You can hop between cliffs and rocks behind the Jade Memorial point of interest on your Springer mount. Once you've reached the highest peak, glide over to the area with the Shore Peaks Insight and use your Springer to jump up to its location.
✅ 𝗔𝗳𝗳𝗹𝘂𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗛𝗼𝘂𝘀𝗲 𝗠𝗮𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗿𝘆 𝗜𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁
Begin at the Daigo Ward Waypoint and proceed west until you see a small bridge crossing a stream. Staircases scale the side of a wall across the bridge, leading up to this Mastery Insight.
✅ 𝗩𝗮𝗹𝗼𝗿 𝗦𝗵𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗲 𝗠𝗮𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗿𝘆 𝗜𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁
Begin at the Village Waypoint and proceed through the gate to the northeast. The Valor Shrine will be on your left shortly after passing through the gate. The Insight is located at ground level in the center of the shrine.
✅ 𝗖𝗮𝘁 𝗜𝘀𝗹𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗠𝗮𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗿𝘆 𝗜𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁
From the Village Waypoint, proceed south until you reach a small wooden bridge. Simply cross the bridge and climb the stairs until you reach the top, where you can use your Springer mount to reach the Insight.
✅ 𝗭𝗲𝗻 𝗗𝗮𝗶𝗷𝘂𝗻 𝗧𝗲𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗲 𝗠𝗮𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗿𝘆 𝗶𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁
The Zen Daijun Temple Insight can be found slightly northeast of the Zen Daijun Cat Island Insight at the top of a waterful. A small overhang on the cliffside to the east can be seen from the northern portion of the bridge here. You'll find the Insight if you jump down and glide through the opening.
✅ 𝗔𝗶𝗿𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽 𝗪𝗿𝗲𝗰𝗸𝗮𝗴𝗲 𝗠𝗮𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗿𝘆 𝗜𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁
From Zen Daijun, head south into the open water. This Mastery Insight can be found on top of the airship wreckage.
✅ 𝗡𝗮𝗴𝗮 𝗜𝘀𝗹𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗠𝗮𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗿𝘆 𝗜𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁
southeast corner of the map, using your Skimmer to cross the water from the Village Waypoint or the Monastery Waypoint, clearing the nagas before commune.
✅ 𝗗𝗲𝗿𝗲𝗹𝗶𝗰𝘁 𝗧𝗲𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗲 𝗠𝗮𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗿𝘆 𝗜𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁
It is situated on the eastern outskirts of Seitung Province. A Mastery Insight, as well as several enemies, can be found directly behind this temple. You can either defeat the enemies and then ride your Springer mount to the Mastery Insight, or you can skip right past them.
✅ 𝗔𝗯𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗼𝗻𝗲𝗱 𝗧𝗲𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗲 𝗥𝗼𝗼𝗳𝘁𝗼𝗽 𝗠𝗮𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗿𝘆 𝗜𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁
Begin at the Haiju Docks Waypoint and proceed east until you reach the tower. Hop onto a stone lantern around the temple's base, then to the roof above, using your Springer mount. When you reach the top of the tower, you will notice the Mastery Insight.
✅ 𝗡𝗼𝗿𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗻 𝗖𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗿𝘆 𝗕𝗹𝗼𝘀𝘀𝗼𝗺 𝗠𝗮𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗿𝘆 𝗜𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁
Head northeast across the water from the Haiju Docks Waypoint, and then use your Springer to hop onto the island with the cherry blossom and Mastery Insight.
