GIMP 06 - Layers - Visible or invisible, Group, Move up and down, Add new, Copy-Paste (Floating)
In this video, students will learn to:
make a layer visible or invisible
group layers to move together easily
move layers up and down (stacked on top of each other)
draw inside an existing layer
add a new layer using drag-and-drop for a file you already have
add a new layer using copy-and-paste from the Internet (Floating!!!)
change a "Floating Selection - Pasted Layer" into it's own layer using the green New Layer button (so it doesn't destroy part of the layer below)
delete a layer
