The Frog Stretch is a great way to open up tight hips and stretch the inner thighs. Breathing well during this stretch will help to relax the hips further for a deeper stretch.
Position yourself on all fours - down on your elbows and the knees as wide as you can comfortably go. Inhale and slowly rock your hips backwards to feel the stretch increase. Exhale as you return to the start. Continue to rock yourself forward and back, slowly, and breathe during the reps.
