For example, in the case of a man who wanted to get rid of a garage after a breakup, I was able to make an offer lower than his asking price, which he accepted. This allowed me to secure a garage with excellent profitability.
Once we've acquired one garage, we can replicate the process by purchasing several others. We can achieve a net return of 13%, which is not insignificant. Moreover, investing in garages is more profitable than savings accounts and life insurance. Buying a set of garages or a battery is even more powerful because we can leverage banking, which makes the investment even more profitable in the long term.
