Established Titles is a company which has come under fire recently for allegedly false advertising. Their premise is that you are able to buy a 1 square foot plot of land in Scotland, which - thanks to an old Scottish law - entitles you to become a Lord or Lady.
A Youtuber by the name of Scott Shafer (see his videos below) exposed this scam and a number of Youtubers have recently come out and added their side to the story. Some of the creators involved have apologised and done their best to refund the customers they feel that accidentally misled, whilst others are backing the company and attempting to spread the "good word" of Established Titles.
In this video, we're going to dive into this as well and determine whether Established Titles is a scam.
