Win Radio Cebu begins a broadcast day
Due to the onslaught of Typhoon Odette every tv and radio station in Metro Cebu were forced to limit their broadcast activities even more with the then ongoing pandemic.
In Win Radio Cebu's case, they were only on-air from 9:30am to 12 noon and 3pm to 6pm. This station doesn't sign on normally, just turns on the transmitter, play the station id and go straight to commercials then music.
