Days Gone 2 a Reality Not Too Far Away
Days Gone 2, developed by Bend Studio, was initially set for release in April 2023, but the Game Director now regrets Sony's decision to abandon the highly anticipated and successful title. The abandonment is attributed to negative reviews, which the director claims were fake. Despite being ready for release, Days Gone 2 remains in limbo, and Jeff Ross, the game director, encourages gamers to voice their opinions on various platforms to persuade Sony to reconsider bringing the sequel to PS5.
Bend Studio has just released an update on Days Gone 2 and revealed plans for a major title set to launch in 2025 for Sony. The upcoming game, influenced by the Days Gone 2 project, features an open-world design with multiplayer elements. Additionally, there's renewed hope for Days Gone 2 as Sony is actively working on the production of the Days Gone movie, indicating ongoing support and potential for a sequel if the film proves successful among fans.
