Add Metaboxes & Custom Columns to WordPress Custom Post Type to handle SMS responses
In this video, We add metaboxes to the custom SMS post type. We also add custom columns to the admin area to allow for a snippet to be seen of the data stored in the Custom Posts.
We add to the Custom UI to handle SMS responses using WordPress Custom Post Types in our back-end.. The data we shall store will be from the responses that we get from sending data to the External API server for sending the SMS Messages.
We use the Post Methods in WordPress and wp_remote_post() to send the required details by the external server. On return, the server sends us some responses.
In this plugin, we are building an SMS sending plugin for WordPress API integration using an External API.
