REVIEW OF THE RESIDENTIAL COMPLEX "Kyiv Maetok": Apartments with ATTIC ROOMS // RELOCATION Project
Today we visited the Kyivskyi Maietok residential complex, located on Sofiivska Borshahivka, next to the Sofiivskyi Kvartal, Barcelona, and Lvivskyi Maietok residential complexes. These low-rise buildings boast simple architecture, where, if you're lucky, you can buy an apartment with an attic and create a stunning two-level apartment at a very reasonable price. We'll discuss the pros and cons of this Kyiv suburban complex, show you the floor plans, and share prices as of early 2021.
Everything in this video is merely the subjective opinion of one potential buyer and may differ from the actual situation. However, perhaps this video will help some pay special attention to certain nuances when buying an apartment in a new building. Enjoy watching!)
