Paganism in Rus'. A Lecture by Boris Yakemenko
The mysterious ancient Russian paganism still poses many questions. What did pagan worship look like? Was an idol a god? Were human sacrifices made? Was it eradicated by Christianity or was it doomed from the start? Was there dual faith? Is today's Rodnovery connected to that paganism? We answered these and other questions at a lecture at the Chitalkaf on May 18, 2017.
