This here is the (unofficial) guide to moving to the Godot Engine from another game engine (probably Unity but other people are welcome!). Take it as a how to move from (insert game engine) to Godot 4
Godot is an open-source 2D and 3D game engine, and this year the fourth version of the engine was released, bringing massive improvements to the engine, especially on the 3D side. I noticed that people moving to Godot from other game engines (including myself) end up tripping over a lot of aspects of the engine that work differently from how they are used to, so I decided to make this little tutorial guide to see if I could help someone understand Godot 4 better.
While I make a lot of references to Unity, this video should work for users of Godot 3, Unreal, GDevelop, Construct, GameMaker Studio etc. So long as you have some experience with game engines.
