To add the current time and date in Microsoft Word, follow these steps:

1. Place your cursor where you want to insert the date and time in your Word document.
2. Click on the "Insert" tab in the top menu bar.
3. Click on the "Date & Time" button in the "Text" section of the menu bar.
4. Select the format you want for the date and time from the options provided.
5. Choose whether you want to update the date and time automatically or keep it fixed.
6. Click "OK" to insert the date and time in your cursor position.
You can also use keyboard shortcuts to quickly insert the date and time in your document. For example, pressing "Alt" + "Shift" + "D" will insert the current date, while "Alt" + "Shift" + "T" will insert the current time.
