Their goal is complete control over the Mind, Soul, and emotions of living people. Their ultimate goal is the creation of a two-caste society consisting of cyber-slaves and their masters.
Their goal: the transboundary destruction of the Human genome through genetic modification, similar to the genetic alterations of plants and animals, known as DNA computing.
The only force that can resist the plans of these inhuman beings, as has always been the case (World War I, World War II, World War III), is the Sovereign People, the Power People, who created their unique state, the USSR, which was created by the will of the people, and which the people themselves can change.
It is our people who are the beneficiaries of the global financial system. It is our people who own 85% of the planet's natural wealth.
It is our people who can and must initiate the creation of a new world order based on the principles of universal human brotherhood and community life among peoples, peaceful coexistence with each other and with all ecosystems of the planet.
