Excel - Multiple search criteria - multiple hits - AGGREGATE instead of VLOOKUP

Multiple search criteria and multiple potential matches? No problem for Excel's AGGREGATE function. The VLOOKUP function may only check a column with one search criterion and then only finds the first match. All of these limitations can be overcome with matrix functions. AGGREGATE(15,6,Array,k) no longer requires the classic matrix notation in curly braces.
