The PhotoFast PhotoCube PD Plus is a smart auto backup device designed to protect your precious memories by instantly backing up your calendar, contacts, photos, and videos without any risk of data leaks. It offers password-protected access, giving you peace of mind when it comes to your personal data security.
This device is truly versatile, supporting a wide range of devices including the latest iPhone 15, iPads, Android smartphones, and tablets. Thanks to its USB-C OTG compatibility, it works seamlessly with most USB-C devices, making it a convenient choice for users with multiple gadgets. One of the standout features is its ability to auto-backup your data while simultaneously fast charging your phone with up to 60W power delivery. This means you never have to choose between charging your device and backing up your data—they happen at the same time.
The PhotoCube PD Plus supports microSD cards up to 2TB, allowing you to store an impressive amount of photos and videos—up to 512,000 photos or 85 hours of 1080p video. Although it comes without a microSD card, the swappable and expandable storage option means you can customize it to your needs. The sleek and portable design makes it perfect for travel, slipping easily into your bag or pocket.
Managing backups is simple with the PhotoFast One App, which helps you backup multiple devices without duplicates and allows easy restoration or transfer of your data. Compatibility extends beyond mobile devices to Windows and Mac OS computers, functioning also as a high-speed SD card reader and USB drive with USB 3.2 Gen 1 transmission speeds.
Pros of the PhotoFast PhotoCube PD Plus include its automatic backup feature, fast charging capability, wide device compatibility, and expandable storage options. Its lightweight and compact design make it ideal for users on the go. On the downside, the device does not come with a microSD card included, so you'll need to purchase that separately. Additionally, some thicker phone cases may need to be removed for a proper USB-C connection.
Overall, this device is an excellent choice for anyone looking to simplify their backup process while keeping their devices charged and ready.
