For the next little while, I'm all about adding enhancements and fixing bugs as I find them.
Yesterday, I noticed that new NPCs were being stored with an Empty GUID in the json string in my persistence service. It's not a showstopper, but I know from experience that if I don't fix that now, it'll be a real pain in the butt later on, so I got that issue resolved this morning.
Then, I stepped through the code that deletes an NPC when the user clicks on the Delete button, and worked on figuring out why some things weren't updating as expected. The Storage Quota is now updating in the persistence area, but it's not always updating for the UI in real time. I'm less concerned about that at this point than that the data in storage is accurate.
Next session, I'll be looking at adding a confirmation prompt to let the user change their mind about deleting one of their characters before we run through the removal. (Clicking or tapping the wrong button happens ALL THE TIME...)
Until next time, be kind to yourselves, and Happy Coding!
