A Day in the German Armed Forces - Basic Training for Annie:
We sent kitchen theologian and entertainer Annie Heger (@anniehegershow) to the German Armed Forces. At the barracks in Leer, Annie slipped into camouflage uniforms for a day, participated in shooting exercises, and trained like a real soldier.
But it wasn't just about everyday life in the German Armed Forces. Annie asked the soldiers questions that are currently on many people's minds: Are you afraid of being deployed abroad? Do you notice that the situation is becoming more serious? Does the German Armed Forces have an image problem?
