How To Delete All Your Comments On Instagram
If you want to delete all the comments you've ever made on Instagram, there's a straightforward way to do it using the built-in activity management tools. Whether you're trying to clean up your digital footprint or remove old interactions, Instagram allows you to view and bulk-delete your past comments directly from the app.
Start by opening the Instagram app and going to your profile by tapping the profile icon at the bottom right. Then tap the three-line menu (also called the hamburger icon) in the top-right corner and select “Your activity” from the list. This section lets you manage all of your past interactions including likes, comments, and more.
Next, tap on “Comments.” Instagram will show a chronological list of all the comments you’ve made on any post across the platform. To delete multiple comments at once, tap the “Select” button at the top-right corner of the screen. Then simply tap on the individual comments you want to delete. Once you’ve selected them, tap the “Delete” option at the bottom of the screen. Instagram will confirm that you want to delete these comments, and once approved, they will be removed permanently.
This feature is especially useful if you've left comments over the years that you no longer stand by or just want to clean up for personal or professional reasons. Keep in mind that there's no "undo" after deletion, so review your selections carefully before confirming.
