Riders Republic PC Frame Pacing Issue - VSync On Stutter Demonstration [ PC Ultra | 10700K + 3070 ]
I tried lower resolution, details, clear driver instalation, nvidia panel tweaks etc..but still the same. Turn off ingame Vsync seems to fix this issue but screen tearing is annoying.
