Helping a goat give birth on the Farm
The time had come for helping a goat give birth here on our farm. On this occasion, however, I would be assisting our pregnant doe all on my own (for the first time.)
There was even more pressure on me. Up until now, our goat herd is on an incredible run of six female kids (doelings). Could I help to make it seven girls, or would a baby male kid (buckling) be born?
