Mobile Style Tutorial: Swipe Control for Phones & Touchscreens
Mobile Style is supported on firmware 1.0.2 and later.
In this tutorial, we’ll show you how to enable Mobile Style on Prolo Ring and control your phone or touchscreen device using finger-swipe emulation—so you can use it for tiktok and other phone apps.
✅ What Mobile Style does (Navigation Mode)
Emulates swipe up/down/left/right for mobile apps and touchscreens
Great for scrolling TikTok (up/down), swiping Tinder (left/right), and more

🎛 How to toggle Mobile Style
Enable Mobile Style: 7× tap + press & hold on the ModStrip → ring reboots
Disable / return to desktop arrow keys: 7× tap + press & hold again → ring reboots
⚠️ Important
After switching Mobile Style on or off, your phone must forget the ring and pair it again.
This is because Mobile Style changes the Bluetooth services the ring provides. Your phone may keep using the old cached Bluetooth profile from the previous bond, so the new mode may not work correctly until you remove the old pairing and reconnect from scratch.
📌 Notes
iPhone: you need to enable Zoom Accessibility for swipe emulation to work properly
Android: in Mobile Style, the cursor may not be visible on some phones
