Windows 2016 iSCSI Target and Initiator
Using PowerShell on the Target server to create iSCSI virtual disk and Target Server. Then using the GUI Initiator to connect to the Target Server on a different computer. I also show how to create a simple volume from the command line using the New-Partition and format-volume powershell commands.
