Disable Outlook MAPI Security Prompt - Locally and in the domain network
Applies to Outlook 2016 and later, Outlook 365, Windows 10/11, and Windows Server 2016 and later.
When sending an email or mail merge from within a Windows program using Outlook and the MAPI interface, you often encounter a security prompt.
This is intended to prevent mass spam emails from being sent by potential malware. Sending individual emails might be manageable, as allowing email sending with a single click is usually straightforward. However, sending mail merges is a different story. The advantage of automatic email sending is lost if this window with a 10-second timer appears before each individual email. In this case, it's beneficial to be able to disable this security prompt.
