Rigol O"scope DS1000E series software and drivers
1. @ https://www.rigolna.com/download/, scroll down and click on the listing for "select Ultrascope for DS1000E" and click on it to start the download of "Ultrascope for DS1000E series.zip" which is about 14Mbytes. Unzip and run the .exe (don't worry about other zip files they are not needed).
2. URL to go and get the on-line National Instruments driver installer:

Download and run ni-visa_21.5_online.exe which will install the visa manager. Then remove excess NI software including LabView.
3. Install printer USB cable from back of scope to computer USB jack. Turn on scope.
4. Run Ultrascope application.
