Simple chunkloading detector
This works because upon reload the passenger is centered on the exact boat coordinates and isn't shifted to the front of the boat, thus it touches the wire for a tick before snapping to it's proper position. This doesn't have to be a chest boat, it can just be a boat with 2 passengers, so each one is shifted away from the boat center.
