Shimano Steps E8000 Error E010 after the Error W013 accured a few times! Solution: Motor replaced
Reproduktion of the E010 on latest Firmware of the Shimano E8000
First the Error only accured a few times in combination of W013. Now it‘s static when you push on the paddle.... The drivesystem is mounted on an enduro bike with about 1100km.
Solution: Send the Motor to Shimano service ! The Motor was replaced by shimano! Now everything is working fine for acually another 1300km on 14.01.2019
Update: 20.09.2020 this Bike still works fine. The new Motor now lasts for about another 3000km 👍
(Just for Information: i never touched the paddle while switching on the motor 😉)
Update:
20.09.2020: 1Years later another bike (YT decoy CF pro Race @1900 km) the same Motor the same Problem.... The only Solution was changing the Motor .... 🙈
