Work Arounds:-

1. ISDone.dll And Unarc.dll.
2. Change Directory of the game from C: drive to any other drive.
3. Change Priority to high.
4. Restart your pc in safe mode and then install.
press F8 while starting your pc.

For windows 10

-Go to run - msconfig-boot -safe boot
