Vulkan Beta: Improve Cockpit Shadow Resolution - improve jaggies! X-Plane 11

If you're running the new X-Plane beta and have noticed the cockpit shadow resolution is too low and 'jaggy' looking, this fix is for you.
It hacks settings.txt, which Laminar research don't want us to touch (for good reason!) but hopefully they'll improve shadown rendering for the final release and make this hack unecessary.
*Credit to @Rainey06au for pointing out that settings.txt contained shadow_cam settings*
All instructions in the video, but essentially you're looking to change all instances of fbo/shadow_cam_size to 8192
