Should You Buy A House In 2023 Or Wait?
The most common question I ever get asked is should you buy a house now or wait. Whether you should buy a property in 2023, or 2024 and beyond remains to be seen and the fact is, there is no right or wrong answer as everyones situation is different. Also it depends entirely on whether a person is buying an investment or residential property as they have different criteria and metrics that people often look at before buying them.
I usually dive deeper into the reports on weekly update videos but these are some of my sentiments around what I feel everyone should at least consider, at the very minimum, Of course theres many other things to consider, like the length of the loan, buying with cash, renting over buying but I thought id keep this one brief for you all.
