Blindfire got dropped by Double Eleven during the Xbox Partner Preview Event. It's a shooter where you play in the dark. It's a pretty interesting twist on the traditional shooter formula. I played on PC through the Xbox/PC version by the way but should be available on steam soon. Are you playing? Let me know what you think of this in the comments.

The developer describes Blindfire as a revolutionary multiplayer shooter where darkness is your battlefield. Available on Xbox Series X|S and Windows PC, Blindfire challenges players to navigate pitch-black arenas using only sound, instincts, and tactical tools to locate and eliminate enemies. In the game’s core mode, Bodycount, you’ll engage in five intense rounds of high-stakes combat, either solo or with a team, where one wrong move could cost you the match.
Players use the Echo system to ping the environment, revealing enemy positions, but every shot and action gives away your location, adding to the suspense. With a focus on skill-based gameplay, Blindfire strips away excess features, relying solely on your ability to survive in the dark. Weapons like the Mantis pistol and Abolition shotgun are perfectly balanced to keep matches fair, while intense audio design ensures that every footstep, reload, and breath could make or break your game.
If you’re looking for a minimalist yet heart-pounding FPS experience, Blindfire will test your reflexes, patience, and nerves in ways no other shooter can. Available now in early access for $8.99 on Xbox and PC, with PlayStation 5 coming soon.
