1.Win + R - Run - Regedit
2. Browse to HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\AppID
Find 86F80216-5DD6-4F43-953B-35EF40A35AEE
NOTE: First backup/export your registry as you need to edit it by creating a Restore Point.
3. Right click on the key - Select Permissions - Advanced button - Select Owner - Click Change - Advanced - Find Now
4. Select Current User
5. Under Security - Select Current user and Administrator User - set Permissions to Full Control
