Taken before a September 13, 2001 PBS Kids broadcast of Caillou during national feed programming. Apparently there are two versions of this. They both look the same and have the "PBS Kids is made possible by your support of your local PBS Station." announcer, but the announcer says it at different times, resulting in this one being an extended version.
