Recently, we have seen the emergence of Nordic influences within design.
This includes light, often whitewashed, timbers, which can be used in combination with textiles, a mix of cool greys, aqua colours or modern metallic accents.
Seen as an evolution of the white trend, light timbers are a more modern alternative on this well-established trend, by adding colour variation, in order to promote combinations and character, due their tactile feel.
In combination with cool grey tones, these create a modern and fresh look which is right on trend, whilst accent colours in aqua and blue shades inject colour vibrancy and offer individuality.
