Just in case you didn't already know, Lil Helper is a company that cares.
Sometimes we get contacted by someone who wants to cloth diaper but can't afford the initial costs. In times like these, we would offer an open invoice and send them diapers to use before the balance was paid.
Most of the time the recipient is so grateful and pays the balance in a timely manner, or at least keeps us updated to when they can pay it. But sometimes our kindness is taken advantage of.
We don't let this deter us from helping whenever we can. Our company is one that is built on trust, and we consider each customer part of the Lil Helper family.
