Some of the In-demand skills for a DevOps job in Germany - Cloud platforms like AWS, CI/CD, Kubernetes, Docker, Infrastructure as code (e.g - Terraform), GitHub/GitLab, etc.
Recruitment in Germany usually takes time as the process and each step is thoroughly checked/handled by the employer. So, keep applying to relevant jobs and upskill yourself.
Try not to apply JSV towards the end of the year as most companies in Germany are on Christmas vacation and finding a job during this time might be hard and you might end up wasting a couple of months from your 6 months of JSV.
The German language is not a must unless it requires direct interaction with customers/users.
