Fitting! Scooter Handlebar lock from SHAD to the Kymco DTX360 Adventure Scooter!
Scooters - highly nickable two-wheelers, so it seems. We wanted to ensure that our long-termer, the Kymco DTX360, remains in our possession - so our friends at SHAD (shad.co.uk) have supplied this clever bit of security - the SHAD scooter handlebar lock.
Mark fits it in this video - then took the Kymco out and about to various places. Alongside other scooters in the bike park the visual deterrent alone offered by the SHAD scooter handlebar lock will surely cause thieves to simply move on and select another scooter to pinch.
It conveniently stays on the scooter when not in use and! has a spin-off benefit of being a very handy full-face helmet lock too - should you need it.
