Create Tidio chatbot
In Tidio, each chatbot is equal to one chatbot flow. And each chatbot flow consists of multiple triggers, which are events that start the chatbot flow.
For example, a trigger is when someone is visiting a specific page or clicks on the website widget.
Then, inside the flow builder of Tidio, you can set up the content of the chatbot flow.

Add Tidio to your website
You can easily add a Tidio chatbot to your website by adding the code provided in Tidio.
In WordPress, I use the plugin "Install Headers and Footers" for this.
If you are not familiar or not comfortable with adding code to your website, I highly recommend hiring a developer that can do this in a couple of minutes.

Personalize messages per website page
In Tidio, you can personalize the messages of the chatbot based on the current website page of the user.
What I always do, is that I look to the high-converting pages of a website, such as the pricing page.
These are pages that are focused on converting a lead to a customer. And one way to convert these leads is by providing personalized messages.
With Tidio, you can set this up using the "Visitor opens a specific page" trigger.

Use live chat to forward a chat to a human
Using Tidio, you can also forward a conversation to a human using the live chat feature of Tidio.
You can do this by using the "Notify Operators" Action.
