How To Fix Google Play Store Error 963 On Android Devices ?
We get this error when we try to Download or Update any app from Google Play store.The error message is like "App Name" could not be downloaded due to an error (963).
Method 1:
Simply restart your Phone and Try to Download or Update an App .
Method 2:
Clear the Cache and Data of the Google Play Store and the App in Question.
Step 1: Go to Settings ,Tap on Apps or Application Manager,All Tabs.
Step 2: Find Google Play Store,Tap to Open it ,Clear the Cache and Data of it .
If you are Updating an App ,Find the App (WhatsApp or other App) and clear the cache and Data of the App as well .
Step 3: Restart Your Phone .
Method 3:
Unmount SD Card
Step 1: Go to Settings,and the Storage,and then Unmount SD card .
Now try and download or update the app which was causing problems for you.
Step 2: If you successfully Downloaded an App ,then you can Remount your SD Card again .
Go to Settings ,and then Storage ,and then Re-mount SD Card.
Method 4:
Downgrade Google play store
Go to Settings,and then Apps ,and then Uninstall Play Store Updates .
Method 5:
Remove You Google Account and Re-Add it again
Step 1: Go to settings,and then accounts,and then Google
Step 2: Remove your all google accounts .
Step 3: Open Play Store and Add it again .
