Perfectionism and Imposter Syndrome go hand in hand. The Perfectionist, as the name implies, feels the need to be (and appear to be) perfect at everything they do. They will set unreasonably high goals and then suffer with crushing disappointment and even shame when they fail to achieve them.

This means a perfectionist can never be satisfied with their achievements because the focus is on failures and mistakes rather than on achievements to date. It's vital to look back at how far you have come and how much you have done instead of only focusing forward on what else is left to do till you reach your perfection (which is like getting to the end of a rainbow, by the way!)
