Fallout 4 - Newest Easiest Costless XP Glitch
1. Get your Science! Perk to Level 2. (Character Level of 13 and Intelligence Level of 6 is required.)
2. You need to get the "Revenge Of The Van Graffs" Creation from the Creations menu.
3. Complete the quest associated with the Creation "Run To The Hills" that auto-starts after level 15.
4. Get at least 20 Fusion Cells and craft them into Electron Charge Packs then back to Fusion Cells and repeat. (Having a large amount of Fusion Cells drastically speeds up the XP farming process as demonstrated in the video.)
(My Character was Level 61 when using the glitch/oversight.)
