It is clear that this motherboard is a power frequency inverter motherboard,
and a power frequency transformer is needed for use!
The voltage is divided into five gears: 24V, 36V, 48V, 60V, 72V
You can toggle the switch to adjust the voltage gear, the higher the voltage, the higher the power.
For example, normal version 36V output power 3500W, enhanced version 36V output power 4500W
Board size: 241x135x90mm
Jumper name: FRQSEL0
When JP1 is short-circuited, 60HZ output is selected
When JP5 is short-circuited, select 50HZ output
The default setting of the jumper board of
the driver board is JP5 JP2 JP7 JP8 short circuit when leaving the factory,
the corresponding function is 50HZ 3S soft start, the dead time is 300ms,
users can change it according to their needs
Note: The jumpers of the same function cannot be shorted at the same time
LED warning instructions:
Normal: always on
Over current: flashes 2 times, off for 2 seconds, keeps cycling
Over voltage: flashing 3 times, off for 2 seconds, keep cycling
Under voltage: flashing 4 times, off for 2 seconds, keep looping
Power frequency sine wave inverter main board function description:
Take a 12v battery as an example: {24v 36v 48v 60v 72v, corresponding to 12v multiples}
1. Battery low voltage protection:
When the battery voltage is lower than 10.5V per cell, the inverter will shut down the inverter (no AC voltage output at this time), and the inverter will be in standby mode.
2. Battery over voltage protection:
When the battery voltage is higher than 14.8V per cell, the inverter will also shut down the inverter and enter the standby mode.
3. The battery automatically starts normally:
When the battery is under low voltage protection, when solar or wind energy charges the battery to 12.5V per cell, the inverter automatically starts to output AC voltage to supply power to the load. Battery over voltage protection: after over voltage protection, the inverter will also start automatically when it returns to below 14.8V per cell.
4. Temperature control fan and over-temperature protection:
The fan does not rotate when the inverter is working normally. When the temperature is too high, the fan automatically runs.When the temperature drops, the fan automatically stops running. When the fan is damaged and the temperature becomes too high, the inverter will shut down the inverter and enter the standby mode.When the temperature drops, the inverter is automatically started to output alternating current.
5. Impact and short circuit protection:
The inverter has real-time hardware wave-by-wave current limiting protection, and software delay (400mS) short-circuit protection plus a power frequency isolation transformer,
which improves the impact resistance and reliability of the product.
Transformer configuration:
Ring shape, square shape (EI, F), U shape (CD), mouth shape, input AC 220v
The output is a single winding of AC 12V-40V. Use our 24-72V inverter finished board and connect it to use.Recommended matching transformer power:
12-14V to 220V transformer for 24V power supply
Transformer from 18-21V to 220V for 36V power supply
48V power supply with 24-27V to 220V transformer
30-35V to 220V transformer for 60V power supply
36-40V to 220V transformer for 72V power supply
Note: For the same board, the lower the power supply voltage, the lower the output power.
For example, the output power of a classified ordinary board is about 2500W when it is powered by 24v. When inputting 72v,
the output power of the main board is 7500W, not 24v can also output 7500W, this is very important!
