How to Make Passport Photo for FREE on Canva
I was frustrated that all of these phone apps and other services that charge $20 to make you a passport photo. I figured out a way to do it for free (well, the formatting portion). You have to pay about $0.50 to print the photo, but this seems to work fairly well. Try it on Canva. I have a paid account but you can probably do it nearly as easily with a free account.
