What is ISO in Photography

A quick 1-minute explanation of what ISO is and when you need to change it.
ISO is one of the three pillars of photography, the other two being shutter speed and aperture (creating the exposure triangle).
It is an essential setting to understand if you want to take control of your camera and create the images you envision.
ISO, in simple terms, refers to the sensitivity of your camera's sensor to light. A low ISO value such as 100 or 200 means that the sensor is less sensitive to light and is better suited for bright conditions where a lot of light is available. On the other hand, a high ISO value such as 800, 1600 or even higher, makes the sensor more sensitive to light and is used in low light situations.
